We are looking for a talented At Home Support Agent to assist our customers. You will be providing high-level support through chat and email.

You can multitask across multiple chats simultaneously, resolve a variety of complex issues and comfortably navigate a technical environment. You effortlessly engage, explaining step by step solutions with patience and an approach tailored to each individual customer. You’re not only here to help travelers with their questions, but also provide an incredible customer experience.

Because you’ll work independently from home, you’ll need the discipline and ability to work remotely from coworkers and management.


  • Answer questions related to travel document expediting
  • Review documents customers submit for accuracy

Technical Skills

Available to attend approximately 1 week of required online training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends.
